OBJECTES VOLADORS TOTALMENT INDENTIFICATS (OVTIs)

Els OVTIs són instruments valuosos per a analitzar les interrelacions entre els éssers humans i l'entorn que han construït (totalment artificial). Els OVTIs permeten revelar topologies de la percepció i l'emoció en general ocultes en la vida moderna, en relació a objectes comuns tot i que estranys, la naturalesa dels quals és totalment ignorada en el nostre escenari sensorial.

L'exposició de voluntaris a objectes ordinaris fora del seu context i en presentacions inusuals (levitant o en òrbites regulars), condueix a un estat de percepció especial en el què la naturalesa real de l'objecte es manifesta al perceptor. L'ús de OVTIs permet identificar la singularitat del món creat per l'ésser humà i la fricció emocional generada en interfícies persona-objecte. Aquesta comprensió ofereix una eina inesperada per a la reconciliació definitiva entre nosaltres i els objectes que habiten el nostre entorn, i una oportunitat per a la convivència pacífica de creador i creació. La percepció refinada induïda pels OVTIs es registra aquí en un conjunt d'experiments consistents, i és documentada a través de registres fotogràfics representatius d'aquestes exposicions controlades. Com a mètode de detecció analítica, els OVTIs presenten, després de tot, els humans i els objectes que fabriquem com a habitants d'un mateix món enigmàtic.

FULLY IDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS (FIFOs)

FIFOs are powerful instruments to analyse the interfaces between humans and their human-built (fully artificial) environment. FIFOs allow revealing topologies of the perception and the emotion usually hidden in modern life, regarding common but definitively bizarre stuffs whose nature results ignored in our perceptual scenario.

Exposure of volunteers to ordinary objects out of their current context and under unusual presentations (in form of levitating or orbiting items), drives to a special sensing state, under which the real nature of the item is revealed to the perceiver. The use of FIFOs permits to identify the singularity of the manmade world and to fully experience the emotional friction generated in human-object interfaces. Such understanding offers an unexpected way for the definitive reconciliation between us and the objects that inhabit our surrounding, and a chance for a peaceful coexistence of creator and creation. FIFO-induced enhanced perception is recorded here in a set of consistent experimental approaches and documented through representative photographic records of these controlled exposures. As an analytical screening, FIFOs presents, after all, humans and the objects they have fabricated as inhabitants of the same enigmatic world.
